Prices are for an identified party or related people in one party. If multiple parties agree to a ride at the same time, each separate party will be charged full fare.
The number of people identified in the party at the time of the call will determine who is in each party.
Rides can be canceled anytime before taxi is dispatched.
Cancellation after dispatch will result in full fare charge, or amount of distance driven (at the discretion of the driver), and applied to the next fare by the same customer.
Lost-and-found items are the responsibility of their owners. Items left behind will be returned at full fare.
