Wedding video packages and optional extras

Essential $1,600: up to 4 hours and a 3–4 minute highlight. Signature $2,200: up to 6 hours and a 5–7 minute highlight. Premiere $3,200: up to 8 hours, an 8–10 minute highlight, full ceremony and speeches films. Final delivery is 10–12 calendar weeks.

A second videographer costs $600 / $900 / $1,200 for matching 4 / 6 / 8 hours, subject to availability. Adding matching photography makes the total $3,000 / $4,200 / $6,400. A dedicated wedding drone operator is $450 for one venue and up to one hour, including 5–8 aerial stills and usable footage incorporated into the wedding film; flights depend on safe conditions and permissions. If no flight can be completed, that component is refunded.

On Essential or Signature, a full ceremony film up to 60 minutes is $400 and a speeches film up to 30 minutes total is $300. One 30–60-second vertical film is $250, or three are $600. A reserved next-day 15–30-second teaser is $450. Normal vertical films follow the main film deadline. Licensed-library music is included; commercial-song rights must be obtained and quoted separately.

Primary overtime is $300/hour per service, with a one-hour minimum then 30-minute increments; additional staff is $150/hour each. Rehearsal filming is $600 for up to 2 hours. The credited video deposit is $500 ($1,000 total for photo + video), with the remaining balance due 14 calendar days before the wedding.
