Edited galleries arrive in 1–2 calendar weeks. A $50 deposit credits your total. Additional studio time is $75 per 30 minutes. Applicable tax and any approved extras are confirmed before booking. Three or more people, full-body requests and larger business projects require a separate quote. Read the service terms.

From inquiry to gallery

You don’t need a practiced pose.

  1. Tell me what the photo needs to do. Include your preferred dates, deadline, number of people and any employer requirements.
  2. Confirm the session. We’ll agree on the package and appointment before booking.
  3. Bring your outfit; I’ll guide the posing. Choose a light or dark background and plan for the crop you need.
  4. Receive your edited gallery. Standard delivery is 1–2 calendar weeks. Mention a deadline before booking so it can be confirmed.

Where are studio headshots photographed?

Sessions take place by appointment in a private home studio in Potsdam, NY. Clients from Canton and the wider St. Lawrence County area are welcome. Confirm your date and appointment details before traveling.

What should I wear?

Choose something you would wear when representing your business or meeting a client. Solid colors and subtle textures keep attention on your face. Check the collar, remove lint and bring clothing on a hanger. Essential includes one outfit; Signature allows up to two per person.

Can I use the photos for LinkedIn and my website?

Tell me where the photos will appear and share any employer background or crop requirements. A small circular profile image and a wider website biography may need different framing, so it helps to plan both before the session.

Can two people share a session?

Yes. Studio Signature is $325 for up to 60 minutes and up to two people, with 20 edited images total shared across the session. Larger teams need a separate quote.

How soon will I receive the images?

Standard delivery for paid studio galleries is 1–2 calendar weeks. Include any deadline in your inquiry; faster delivery must be confirmed before booking.

Are passport photos included?

No. U.S. and Canadian passport photos are a separate, quoted service with different application and delivery requirements. Ask about passport photos and include the country and required format.
