Premiere — $475: properties of 3,001+ square feet; 45–60 edited photos, delivered within 24 hours, with twilight photography included.
A $100 deposit is required. View full package and booking details. Share a specific listing deadline before booking so the shoot and delivery can be coordinated.
Can I add a 3D tour or drone media?
A 3D virtual tour is a flat $300 add-on for any package and property size. Its delivery timeline is 3–5 business days, separate from the photo turnaround. If your listing needs both, plan around the longer timeline.
Drone services start at $450. Flights depend on the property location, weather and applicable flight authorization. Confirm aerial coverage and pricing before booking rather than assuming it is included in a listing photography package.
What should be ready before the photographer arrives?
Have the property ready to photograph at the agreed time: clear counters and floors, put away personal items you do not want shown, and coordinate access to each space. Tell me about occupied rooms, pets, locked areas, outbuildings or features that need special attention. Confirm any staging or preparation work separately; do not assume it is included in photography.
What if I need the listing live tomorrow?
Send the property size, location and exact deadline in your inquiry. The Premiere package lists a 24-hour photo turnaround, but shoot availability still needs to be confirmed. A 3D tour follows its own 3–5-business-day timeline. Ask about the complete schedule before promising a publication date.
