Choose your session

Essential — $150: 30 minutes, one outfit, one location and 15+ edited photos.

Signature — $225: 60 minutes, up to two outfits, one or two nearby locations and 30+ edited photos.

Premiere — $375: 90 minutes, up to three outfits, two locations and 60+ edited photos.

Edited portrait galleries are delivered in 1–2 weeks. A credited $50 deposit is required to book. A second subject is $50; shared sessions with three or more people use family-session pricing. Confirm the final plan and quote before booking.

Yearbook deadlines come first

Ask your school for its submission date, crop, background and file requirements before choosing a session date. Allow time for the 1–2 week editing window and your school’s submission process. Send the requirements when booking. One yearbook crop is included; additional crops are $25 each. You submit the finished image to your school. School requirements and deadlines vary.

Outfits and what to bring

Try outfits on beforehand, check how they fit when sitting, and bring shoes that work for walking between spots. Start with a look you feel comfortable in. Bring any cap and gown, stole, sports gear or meaningful props you want included, plus a bag for changes. Tell JD about friends, family or pets before the session so time and pricing can be planned.

Locations and light

Discuss a campus setting, downtown backdrop or outdoor location that fits you. Share your preferred town and any access rules or permission requirements. Sunrise, evening light and shaded areas give different looks; choose the time with JD based on season, weather and the location. Campus access is not guaranteed by booking a portrait session.

If posing feels awkward

You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose. Share the look you like and anything you are uncomfortable with. Leave room in the schedule to settle in and try a few different backgrounds rather than rushing between many locations.
