Approximately 3–4 minutes Essential, 5–7 minutes Signature, and 8–10 minutes Premiere. Full ceremony, speech and reception edits are distinct deliverables; Premiere includes those separate edits.

Ceremony audio and vows are recorded when access, permission and sound conditions allow. Speeches must fall within booked coverage. Essential/Signature may use excerpts; a complete speech edit up to 30 total minutes is +$300. Premiere includes ceremony and speech edits. We plan venue/DJ feed access; unavailable audio cannot be guaranteed.

One 30–60-second vertical highlight +$250; three clips +$600, delivered with the film. One next-day 15–30-second teaser +$450, delivered within 24 calendar hours; reserve in advance, subject to editing availability. These are optional.

No. It is planning/observation, up to one hour at one local venue within 7 road miles of our Potsdam base. Delivered rehearsal coverage is separate; additional travel is quoted.

No. Wedding aerial coverage +$450: dedicated operator, one venue, up to one hour on site, 5–8 edited aerial photos and footage incorporated into a purchased wedding film. No separate aerial film. Photography-only clients receive aerial stills.

If no safe/authorized flight occurs, the entire $450 aerial line is refunded or credited. Ground coverage proceeds at its contracted price. Partial-delivery adjustments are documented before final billing.

$1,000: $500 for photography plus $500 for video. A second photographer/videographer adds no deposit. Wedding aerial adds $150. All deposits credit the service total.

Yes, $475 for 24-calendar-hour listing delivery and included twilight. Receive up to 45–60 distinct photos when accessible features support that count; galleries are not padded with duplicates.

Photo tiers use finished interior area photographed, including finished basements: up to 1,500 / 1,501–3,000 / 3,001–5,000 square feet. Above 5,000: +$100 per started extra 1,000. Unfinished basement, garage and up to two ordinary detached outbuildings are included up to 1,000 combined ancillary square feet; beyond that +$100 per started extra 1,000 photographed. A separate habitable dwelling is a second property. Tour pricing uses all scanned interior area, including scanned ancillary spaces. Both measurements appear in your quote.

Each separately marketed dwelling/address has its own package/deposit. No automatic multi-listing discount. Shared route travel is billed once and allocated in the quote; aerial work is priced per property.

The purchasing agent/business receives a nonexclusive license for the named listing and later its own portfolio. A replacement agent’s existing-photo-gallery license is $150 per property; no new shoot or tour transfer included. New-owner commercial use and third-party resale need a written quote.

Yes, for the purchasing agent/business promoting the photographed property. MLS, property websites, brochures, organic posts and paid property ads included. Unrelated advertising, stock resale and third-party sublicensing excluded. Video/drone licenses are defined in the quote, including music restrictions.

One photographer-determined weather-only exterior/drone completion revisit within 30 days is included, with no extra travel. If safe drone work remains impossible, refund the undelivered aerial line. Client-requested returns after usable delivery cost $150 plus disclosed travel. Planned included twilight is not a chargeable return.

At completion of the photo visit, in calendar hours. Full payment is due 48 hours before the appointment; unpaid appointments do not start. Tour timing starts after the scan. Later planned twilight has its own 24-hour deadline and does not hold the interior gallery.

Have it accessible, staged and ready at the booked start; no cleaning/staging included. First 15 minutes access-related waiting free; then $75 per started 30 minutes, approved first. If the shoot cannot proceed, the $100 photo deposit applies to the missed visit; other unperformed-service deposits transfer once. A fresh $100 photo deposit rebooks. Two seniors each wanting a complete individual experience/image minimum book two sessions, possibly back-to-back. A two-person portrait with the $50 guest option shares the session’s time and total image count.

Yes. Changes, walking and driving count within reserved 30/60/90 minutes. Plan reachable locations beforehand. Late arrival does not extend the reserved end.

Essential: one outfit/location, 30 minutes. Signature: up to two outfits and two nearby spots, 60 minutes. Premiere: up to three outfits/two locations, 90 minutes. Extra time $75 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.

One yearbook crop/export from an included selected image is free when school requirements/deadline are supplied at booking, delivered in the normal gallery window. You submit it to school. Additional format requests $25 each; enhanced retouching separate. School acceptance is not guaranteed.

Yes. All portrait, senior, family and wedding-photo tiers include high-resolution downloads and personal printing. Optional professional print orders are not required to unlock your gallery.

Color/exposure correction and light temporary-blemish treatment included. Detailed skin/object work starts at $35/image, then $75/hour for work beyond 30 minutes; quoted before starting. No automatic body reshaping, identity changes or major composites. Discuss sensitive requests beforehand.

Yes, free: choose privacy at booking or notify JD in writing before the session. It does not affect your gallery/print rights. Later requests remove JD-controlled online promotion prospectively; printed and third-party material cannot be recalled.

No. Premiere’s same-day still preview is unedited, watermarked and private-review only. Final edited stills/film arrive in 3–5 business days with contracted usage rights.

Foreseeable restrictions are checked before a deposit. If no safe/authorized flight can occur, choose one no-fee reschedule or a full refund of the undelivered drone line/deposit. Completed separately contracted ground work stays payable.

No. They are editing budgets: from $1,200/up to six edit hours/one round; $1,800/up to ten hours/two rounds; $2,800/up to sixteen hours/two rounds. Planning, filming and travel additional. Approved production/post $175/hour, subject to the quoted editing minimum. Receive a complete project estimate before booking.

Round trip. Per vehicle: $0.70 × max(0, round-trip road miles − 14). Travel time per professional: $50/hour beyond the first hour in each direction. Example 30 miles/45 minutes each way: $32.20, no time fee. Example 90 miles/two hours each way: $116.20 mileage + $100 time = $216.20. Route/time estimates are quoted before booking.

Mileage applies per vehicle; travel time per professional. Shared vehicle mileage is charged once. One car/two professionals on the 90-mile/two-hour-each-way example costs $116.20 mileage + $200 time = $316.20. Vehicles, travelers, lodging and parking are disclosed in the quote.

Published prices are service subtotals; applicable tax is separately identified before payment. No separate card surcharge. Card and standard electronic payment have the same service price. Deposits reduce the invoice balance.
