PRIVACY
By inquiring about, booking, or using the services of JD Meyers Productions, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your date or session is not reserved until a signed contract and deposit are received.
Your date or session is reserved only after we receive your signed contract and deposit payment. All deposits are non-refundable and compensate for declining other bookings while beginning pre-event planning.

Wedding final payment due 7 days before your event date. All other services due at or before time of service. Overdue balances incur a 5% fee per week. Credit card payments over $1,000 incur a 3% processing fee.

Package prices reflect time reserved on your date, not time physically spent on-site. If Client elects to conclude before the contracted coverage window ends, no refund or credit is issued for unused time. Full payment remains due regardless of actual session duration.

Unedited RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.
Final selection of images and footage is made by JD Meyers Productions based on technical quality and artistic judgment. Our editing style is consistent with our portfolio. Minor adjustments may be accommodated within 30 days of delivery for an additional fee. Major re-editing is not offered.
JD Meyers Productions retains full copyright to all images and videos created.

- Paid advertising beyond permitted uses without written permission

- Altering or compositing beyond basic cropping
- Removing watermarks or metadata
We reserve the right to use images and videos for portfolio and business promotion. Clients may opt out by written notice before their event date.
By booking, you acknowledge that guests will appear incidentally in photos and video. You agree to notify guests that professional photography and videography will take place. Anyone who wishes to have their likeness removed may contact us directly at —.

Some venues require insurance certificates or vendor permits. Any associated fees are the client's responsibility.
All drone operations are conducted in full compliance with FAA regulations and applicable airspace authorizations. JD Meyers Productions reserves the right to postpone or cancel a drone session due to unsafe weather, restricted airspace, or other regulatory concerns. In such cases, client will be offered a rescheduled session or a pro-rated refund as appropriate.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We maintain backup equipment but technology can fail. If we cannot deliver any usable images or video, liability is limited to a full refund.
Clients must inform us of venue restrictions, timeline changes, or special requirements before the event date. We cannot guarantee specific shots if venue or weather conditions prevent them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
