Terms & Privacy
By inquiring about, booking, or using the services of JD Meyers Productions, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your wedding date or session is not reserved until a signed contract and deposit are received. Select a service category below to view the applicable terms.
Your wedding date is reserved only after we receive your signed contract and deposit payment.
Required to secure your date. Deposits compensate for declining other bookings and begin our planning process. Dates are not held without a deposit.

Final payment due 7 days before your wedding date. Overdue balances incur a 5% fee per week. Credit card payments over $1,000 incur a 3% processing fee.

Subject to availability. Payments may transfer to new date if we're available. If unavailable, standard cancellation terms apply.

Unedited RAW files are not provided under any circumstances. Delivery is via secure online gallery or cloud storage link.
Final image selection is made by JD Meyers Productions based on technical quality and artistic vision. Our editing style is consistent with our portfolio. Specific editing requests may incur additional fees. Minor adjustments may be accommodated within 30 days of delivery for an additional fee. Major re-editing is not offered.
JD Meyers Productions retains full copyright to all images and videos created.

We reserve the right to use images and videos for business promotion including our website, social media, and print or digital marketing materials. Clients may opt out by providing written notice before their wedding date.
By booking our services, wedding and event clients acknowledge that members of their wedding party, guests, and other individuals present at the event may appear incidentally in photographs and videos we create. Client agrees to inform their wedding party and guests that professional photography and videography will take place. Incidental appearance of guests or wedding party members in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials does not constitute a personal endorsement by those individuals. If a specific individual requests removal of their likeness from our promotional materials, please contact us promptly at jdmeyersjr@gmail.com and we will honor that request.

Some venues require insurance certificates or vendor permits. Any associated fees are the client's responsibility.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We maintain backup equipment, but technology can fail. If we cannot deliver any usable images or video, liability is limited to a full refund.
Clients must inform us of any venue restrictions, timeline changes, or special requirements before the wedding date. We adapt to venue and weather conditions but cannot guarantee specific shots if circumstances prevent them.
JD Meyers Productions respects your privacy. We do not sell your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you engage with our services, communicate with us, or visit jdmeyersjr.com. Effective June 1, 2019.

We may request permission to use photos or videos from your session for portfolio or promotional use across our website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and print or digital materials.
Your media will never be used without your explicit approval. You always have the right to decline. If you change your mind after giving consent, contact us at jdmeyersjr@gmail.com and we will promptly honor your request.
At weddings and events, photographs and videos will naturally include guests, wedding party members, and other individuals who have not independently contracted with JD Meyers Productions. By booking our services, the client (bride, groom, or event organizer) acknowledges this and agrees to notify their guests and wedding party that professional photography and videography will occur at the event. Images in which such individuals appear incidentally may be used in our portfolio and promotional materials. Any individual who wishes to have their likeness removed from our promotional materials may contact us directly at jdmeyersjr@gmail.com and we will honor that request promptly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Files are stored on secure platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud). Access is limited to JD Meyers Productions. We do not store payment details directly.
