PRIVACY
These terms describe new JD Meyers Productions bookings from October 3, 2026. Your date or session is reserved only after a signed agreement and credited deposit are received. Reading this page or sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. Existing signed agreements retain their agreed prices and terms.
Your date or session is reserved only after we receive your signed contract and deposit payment. Deposits reserve time and credit the service total; they are not added on top of the package price. Cancellation, transfer and weather/authorization exceptions are stated below. Deposits for distinct services stack; staff, overtime, twilight, floor-plan, print and edit add-ons have no separate deposit. Combined wedding photo/video deposit $1,000; listing photos + aerial stills + tour $350.

Wedding balance is due 14 calendar days before the event. Other scheduled services are paid in full 48 calendar hours before the appointment; bookings made inside that window are paid in full when booked. Custom video: $300 booking deposit, 50% of estimated total before production with deposit credited, remainder before final unwatermarked delivery. Approved event-day overtime is invoiced within two business days and due within seven. Overdue work or file release may pause with written notice. No weekly percentage late charge or separate card surcharge. Published prices are service subtotals; applicable tax, travel, crew and approved extras are itemized before booking. Scope increases require written approval.

Cancellation amounts include credited deposits and all payments already made; never charge the deposit again on top of a cancellation amount. Refund payments above the required amount. Custom-video client cancellation: completed approved work, with deposit credited against those charges and a minimum charge equal to the $300 deposit; unused advance payments refunded. Undelivered drone work canceled for safety/authorization follows the refund exception below.
Wedding: one transfer requested at least 60 days before the original date, new available date within 12 months, $250 change fee; current prices apply and deposit credits the new booking. Portrait/family/listing/drone: one transfer at least seven days ahead, within 90 days, $75 fee, subject to availability. Later requests follow cancellation policy. Photographer-determined unsafe weather changes are free with deposit transfer; unflyable drone can instead be refunded. Custom-video dates require written scope/date amendment, with deposits crediting completed work/replacement booking. No automatic availability guarantee.
No cancellation charge plus rescheduling fee for the same successfully transferred booking.
Package prices reflect time reserved on your date, not time physically spent on-site. If Client elects to conclude before the contracted coverage window ends, no refund or credit is issued for unused time. Full payment remains due regardless of actual session duration. Reserved time is continuous and includes breaks, outfit changes, walking and location travel. Late arrival does not extend the end time. Wedding primary photo/video overtime is $300/hour per service; additional photographer/videographer $150/hour each. One-hour wedding extension minimum, then prorated 30-minute increments, subject to availability. Portrait/family extensions are $75 per 30 minutes. Premiere wedding means up to eight hours, not unlimited full-day coverage.

Unedited stills and camera RAW still files are not provided. Usable original unedited video footage is included in Signature/Premiere drone-production packages and explicitly contracted footage-only projects. That video exception does not include camera RAW stills, failed clips or every recorded frame.
Final selection of images and footage is made by JD Meyers Productions based on technical quality and artistic judgment. Our editing style is consistent with our portfolio. Light temporary-blemish retouching is included. Detailed retouching starts at $35/image, then $75/hour for work beyond 30 minutes, quoted first. No automatic body reshaping or major composites. Custom-video package review allowances apply: one consolidated notes list per round within seven calendar days, within the agreed brief and quoted editing-hour budget. Extra rounds or changed scope cost $175/hour with written approval. Our export/editing errors are corrected free. Wedding image minimums for complete 4/6/8-hour coverage: 150/250/350; restricted-access/early-completion reductions require documentation in the agreement. A second photographer does not double the minimum.
JD Meyers Productions retains full copyright to all images and videos created.

- MLS, property websites, brochures, organic social and paid ads promoting the named photographed property for the purchasing agent/business; nonexclusive use during the listing and afterward in its own portfolio
- Internal business use and marketing related to the subject property or event
- Social media for business accounts (with credit)
- Paid advertising beyond permitted uses without written permission
- Selling or sublicensing images to third parties without written permission; replacement-agent existing listing-photo-gallery license $150 per property, excluding new shoots/tour transfer. New-owner commercial use separately quoted.
- Altering or compositing beyond basic cropping
- Removing watermarks or metadata
We reserve the right to use images and videos for portfolio and business promotion. Clients may opt out free at booking or by written notice before their event/session. Later requests remove JD-controlled online promotional uses prospectively; printed material and third-party copies cannot be recalled. Personal galleries and print rights are unaffected.
By booking, you acknowledge that guests will appear incidentally in photos and video. You agree to notify guests that professional photography and videography will take place. Anyone who wishes to have their likeness removed may contact us directly at —.

Vehicles, staff travel time, parking, lodging, meals and venue permits are itemized and approved in the quote. Shared vehicle mileage is billed once. Example: 30 road miles and 45 minutes each way = $32.20 mileage, no time fee. 90 miles and two hours each way = $116.20 mileage + $100 time per professional. One car and two professionals on that route = $316.20. An included weather-only completion revisit adds no travel charge.
All drone operations are conducted in full compliance with FAA regulations and applicable airspace authorizations. JD Meyers Productions reserves the right to postpone or cancel a drone session due to unsafe weather, restricted airspace, or other regulatory concerns. If no safe/authorized flight can occur, choose one no-fee reschedule or refund of the full undelivered drone line and its deposit. Completed separately contracted ground work remains payable. Wedding aerial coverage unable to fly receives a full $450 aerial-line refund/credit. Partial-delivery adjustments are documented. One photographer-determined weather-only listing exterior/drone completion revisit within 30 days is included without extra travel; client-requested returns after usable delivery cost $150 plus disclosed travel.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We maintain backup equipment but technology can fail. If we cannot deliver any usable images or video, liability is limited to a full refund.
Clients must inform us of venue restrictions, timeline changes, or special requirements before the event date. Listing properties must be accessible, staged and ready at the start; no cleaning/staging included. First 15 minutes access-related waiting free, then $75 per started 30 minutes approved first. If unable to proceed, the $100 listing-photo deposit applies to the missed visit; other unperformed-service deposits transfer once and rebooking requires a fresh $100 photo deposit. Do not also bill waiting for an abandoned visit. We cannot guarantee specific shots if venue or weather conditions prevent them.

We may request permission to use photos or videos from your session for portfolio or promotional use. Your media will never be used without your approval. Contact — to revoke consent at any time.
At weddings, photographs and video will naturally include guests. By booking, the client agrees to notify guests that professional photography and videography will occur. Individuals who wish to have their likeness removed may contact us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
